About Shannon
Shannon Rider is a Santa Rosa native who played Patsy Cline in 6th Street’s Spring 2023 production of Always, Patsy Cline. She also played Morticia in The Addams Family Musical, Magenta in The Rocky Horror Show, Audrey in Hank Williams: Lost Highway and Maureen in Rent. Other roles include Lin in The Great American Trailer Park Musical, Stepmother in Into The Woods, Mrs. Wormwood in Matilda and garnered multiple Bay Area Theater Award nominations for her performances. You may also have seen her in concert with her former bands, The Shannon Rider Band, Miss Kitty & The Big Dogs, The Livin’ Daylights, or her latest endeavor Rider & Sons. She is excited to tackle the role of Cindy Barnes, and thanks her family, friends, and the incredible man in her life for their constant support & love.
